For pre and post conference options, delegates at Sun City Resort have access to a huge selection of leisure activities including live shows and movies. Royal Ballroom – 1 200 delegates in conference style seating or 800 for a banquet.
Breakaway Rooms – 10 to 90 delegates in 13 rooms.
Superbowl – 6 855 delegates seated for a show or up to 10 500 with standing room.
Hall of Treasures – 700 delegates for cocktails (also used as an exhibition venue).

These flexible rooms can accommodate 360 delegates in conference style seating or 650 for cocktails.

The Letsatsi Conference Centre

This centre has been completely upgraded with all the latest trimmings including network points for telephone lines and computer points. There is a reception and auditorium and various conference rooms and boardrooms which can seat up to 160 delegates.

Sun City Theatre

This venue doubles as an auditorium which can seat up to 620 delegates. The Terrace Restaurant and pool deck makes these great venues, offering a variety of options for dinners or cocktails for up to 600 and 500 people respectively.

Botsalanong Boma and Letsatsing Boma

These open-air enclosures provide atmospheric outdoor banqueting venues around an open fire with cultural dancers and unique dining or barbeque options.

The Elephant Wallow

This thatched venue overlooking a waterhole is in the Letsatsing Game Park. Up to 65 guests can enjoy bush lunches and dinners whilst observing the Elephant at the drinking hole.

The Cultural Village

For groups of up to 80 people in a seated arrangement, this village style boma is ideal for cultural evenings and is located at the entrance to Sun City.

The Shebeen

Open daily, this traditional township restaurant and bar has a section which can be reserved for private functions.

Royal Observatory Deck

This open-air dinner venue overlooks the Royal Bath at the Valley of the Waves and can accommodate up to 350 people or 550 for cocktails.

Valley of the Waves beaches

An exciting beach party venue, up to 1 000 can be accommodated or there is a small, private beach available for 100 people.

Amphitheatre

In the Entertainment Centre, this atmospheric venue for up to 200 people has great acoustics and torch lighting.

Cabanas Picnic Lawns

Up to 600 people can enjoy a picnic lunch near Waterworld and up to 200 can be accommodated on the lawns next to the lake.

Transport around Sun City Resort

A 24-hour shuttle bus which runs between each hotel and the entrance of the resort. There is also a Sky Train (monorail) which transports guests to and from the resort entrance to the Entertainment Centre on weekends and public holidays.
